Prepare itineraries, make travel and hotel arrangement for corporate travellers
Handle customer enquiries and provide travel advice on air tickets, hotels, package and other travel related issues
Execute bookings in an efficient, accurate and professional manner
Solicit and retain clients with professional customer service skills
Perform other ad-hoc projects when required
Form 5 or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Travel and Tourism, or related discipline
Minimum 3 - 5 years' relevant experience in travel industry
Hand-on experience in reservation and ticketing
Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
Service-oriented, excellent customer relationship management and able to work independently
Good computer knowledge (MS Office)
