Business Solutions Manager – Corporate Sales (Job Code WTLHK-022)

Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities in Corporate travel

  • Execute sales strategy to all Corporate customers

  • Monitor and set strategies to overcome key competition

  • Develop, establish and maintain good relationship with prospective and existing customers

  • Work closely with internal staff and share best-in-class practices to ensure service consistency and quality

  • Aggressively manage the sales channels in order to meet the targets including accurate and timely reporting

  • Network within the industry, community, business, and customers to stay current on issues impacting customers

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Tourism and Travel Management, Business Administration, Social Science or English/Chinese language studies

  • With at least 5 years' working experience in Travel Management Company

  • Need travelling and have strong interest in the travel industry

  • Customer-oriented with good initiative and follow through

  • Proactive, analytical, self-motivated, presentable with excellent people skill

  • Demonstrate good learning attitude and able to work independently

  • Excellent team working capabilities

  • Result-oriented with experience in flawlessly executing sales strategies

  • Ability to articulate knowledge about products, services and value proposition to prospects

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
